you know, i really wasn’t going to do this, but i remembered i once did the same thing for dumbledore, so i might as well go all out.

an incomplete list of reasons why i don’t like molly weasley, in no particular order:

• abrasive and overbearing personality
  
• (in my opinion) her attitude towards confrontation and anyone disagreeing with her was yelling/shouting so she could be louder than them and, well, win
  
• her treatment of her children:

1 the poor treatment of ron (until he got his prefect’s badge) due to always putting him after his brothers and sister; 2 never showed support to the twins and their dream, always wanting them to be and do what She wanted; 3 treated bill like a child, focused too much on his appearance instead of Everything Else; 4 im not even going to mention her treatment of percy

• was never a partner to arthur, didn’t support his interested in muggle things Despite The Fact He Already Faced Prejudice Because Of It From Basically The Rest Of The Magical Society
  
• she treated sirius badly, In His Own Home. used her status as Super Mum ™ all the time to make him feel bad, talked about how he treated harry like james (with due reason, i Admit, but she didn’t have to do it like that). basically rubbed in his face how he wasn’t present in harry’s life As If It Was His Fault He Wasn’t Wrongly And Unjustly Sent To Prison.
  
• the way she treated hermione during gof based on the things she read in a gossip column
  
• her entire treatment of fleur. she decided she didn’t like fleur and her personality and that she wasn’t good enough for her (adult!!!!) son based on just how Pretty fleur is. she might have come around at the end, but that doesn’t excuse how poorly she treated fleur the entire time, how she manipulated ginny (and hermione, if i’m not mistaken/confusing things) in regards to their treatment of fleur and so she wouldn’t be alone with her.

these are just from the top of my head and very poorly articulated.
yes, i’m aware of her background and what happened during the last wizarding war and how she’s just acting out of protectiveness and mother instincts and etc. doesn’t really make it alright for me.
